Welcome to Backpocket. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Backpocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Backpocket is a personal relationship management app that helps you keep track of your relationships through voice notes, contact organization, and intelligent reminders.

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in using Apple Sign In to use Backpocket
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Backpocket offers free and premium (Pro) tiers
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Backpocket (contacts, voice notes, events, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Interfere with the app's operation or other users
• Store content that violates others' rights

7. Privacy

Your use of Backpocket is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

Backpocket and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Graphora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Backpocket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Graphora operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
